in plain words.
Nothing you enter on this website is collected, stored or sent. Here’s what does happen to your information.

Who runs this website
Dan O. built this website, veyromd.pages.dev, as a design concept to show web design work. VeyroMD isn’t a real clinic. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit, and what you can do about it.
What this website collects
Nothing you enter. The online assessment asks about your health and, near the end, for your name, phone number and email. Your answers stay in your browser’s memory while the page is open. This website doesn’t save them on your device or send them anywhere, and they’re gone when you close or reload the page.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics, ads or any other tracking. It works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Where your information goes
- Hosting. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs of the requests it handles, such as your IP address, the pages you request and your browser details.
- Photos. Most photos load from Unsplash’s image servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser asks them for a photo.
- Email links. They open your own email app, sometimes with a subject line filled in. Nothing is sent unless you send the message yourself.
How long it’s kept
Your assessment answers last until you close or reload the page, and this website keeps nothing else. Cloudflare and Unsplash keep their logs for as long as their own policies say: see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Unsplash’s privacy policy.
Your choices
This website holds no personal information about you, so there’s nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. To ask about information Cloudflare or Unsplash holds, contact them through their privacy policies.
